By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Made-to-Order Items

All pre-order items are ordered and made specifically for each customer. Because of this, pre-order items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Timeframes

Pre-order items typically take 2–4 weeks to be processed and shipped, as they are specially made for you. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on production and supplier timelines.

Next-Day Delivery

If you select next-day delivery at checkout for a pre-order item, this applies to the shipping method once your item is ready to dispatch. It does not mean immediate or next-day delivery from the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are:

• Non-refundable
• Eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date issued
