Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

DPD Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

If your delivery accommodation is a flat or apartment, we strongly recommend selecting DPD Collection Point as your delivery preference to avoid parcels being left unattended outside front door and risk being stolen. 

DPD Collection Point shipping cost will NOT be refunded if you fail to collect your parcel in time and is returned to sender. If this happens, you will be asked to repay shipping if you wish to have your parcel re-shipped to you. Alternatively, if you would like a refund, a 5% restocking fee will be taken off of your order refund. 

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional import fees upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and you will be contacted directly by the shipping provider to arrange payment.

Maeva Avenue cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential fees before placing your order.
