SHIPPING POLICY

General Information:

All orders are shipped via DPD.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

To help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.
  • Alternatively, you can arrange a preferred safe place or nominated neighbour directly with the courier.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery and the parcel is subsequently returned to us and goes missing, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@maevaavenue.com with your order number and tracking details so we can look into this for you.

Order Dispatch:

We aim to ship all orders with 1 working day, if ordered before 2pm, your order will be shipped same day. If ordered after 2pm, your order will be shipped the next working day.

If you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, or over a weekend, this will not be shipped until the next working day.

Personalised items will take up to 5 working days to be shipped. 

During peak times ie sales/ black friday/ christmas, please note dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Customs Fees & Taxes:

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and will be collected by the shipping provider.

Maeva Avenue is not responsible for any customs charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will only be processed once the item has been received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Options:

DPD Next Day Delivery £4.99-£5.99

Orders must be placed before 14:00 GMT for next-day delivery.

DPD Saturday Delivery £12.00

Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 11:00 GMT Friday.

EU & International Delivery

We ship to a wide range of countries, shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.

If your country isn't listed as an option please contact us and we will be able to assist you further.

Missed Deliveries:

Claims for lost or missing parcels must be submitted within 3 days of a missed delivery notification.
We cannot replace or refund any orders that aren’t flagged within this timeframe due to insurance limitations.
