Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

UK Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm.*

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional import fees upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and you will be contacted directly by the shipping provider to arrange payment.

Maeva Avenue cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential fees before placing your order.
