returns policy:
We allow 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges).
If you would like an exchange or refund, please contact sales@maevaavenue.com with your name & order number.
Return requirements:
- Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted.
- Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
- Items must have all swing tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original maeva bag - this protects them for damage in transit. If our items are received back damaged, we are not liable.
- Your refund (minus shipping charges) will take up to 7 - 10 days.
- We will not refund any items that return back to us with marks or in the condition that they weren't delivered to you in.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We have the right to refuse any returns that come back to us not following our guidelines.
- If items do not meet our standards, customer will be asked to pay the shipping cost to return the refused return back.

Late returns (out of our 14 days) that are refused will be sent back to customer, shipping cost paid by customer.
Pre-order items:
Pre-order items are exchange only or a credit note valid for 3 months, no refunds.
Faulty items:
Our products at Maeva Avenue are quality controlled, however if in the rare occasion a customer receives a faulty item, we’re happy to assist you. Please send us an email sales@maevaavenue.com.
