returns policy:

We allow 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges).

If you would like an exchange or refund, please contact sales@maevaavenue.com with your name & order number.

Please note there will be a 2% restocking fee when returning an order for a refund.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted. 
  • Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
  • Items must have all swing tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original maeva bag - this protects them for damage in transit. If our items are received back damaged, we are not liable.
  • Your refund (minus shipping charges) will take up to 7 - 10 days.
  • We will not refund any items that return back to us with marks or in the condition that they weren't delivered to you in.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We have the right to refuse any returns that come back to us not following our guidelines.
  • If items do not meet our standards, customer will be asked to pay the shipping cost to return the refused return back.
  • Late returns (out of our 14 days) that are refused will be sent back to customer, shipping cost paid by customer.

International returns:

If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” and includes the original order number where possible. This helps reduce the likelihood of customs charges when the parcel re-enters the UK.

Please note that any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or courier handling fees incurred when receiving international returns are the responsibility of the customer. If we are required to pay these charges in order to receive the returned parcel, the amount paid will be deducted from your refund total.

If the charges applied exceed the value of the refund owed, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel or request payment of the charges before the parcel is accepted.

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, and refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received by us.

Pre-order items:

Pre-order items are exchange only or a credit note valid for 3 months, no refunds.

Strap & Hardware Policy:
Our bags are designed for everyday use when cared for correctly. If you experience a manufacturing fault with the strap or hardware within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement strap where appropriate.
Damage caused by overloading, excessive weight, or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Replacement straps may be available to purchase if required.

Sale items:

Items in the sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty items:

Our products at Maeva Avenue are quality controlled, however if in the rare occasion a customer receives a faulty item, we’re happy to assist you. Please send us an email sales@maevaavenue.com. You have 14 days after your order date to return this to us!
