Shipping policy

General Information:

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

DPD Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Customs Fees:

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and will be collected by the shipping provider.

Maeva Avenue is not responsible for any customs charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will only be processed once the item has been received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
