What is a pre order?

A pre order item means that the item is not in stock for immediate dispatch as it needs to be made then shipped out to customer.

Pre order products will be clearly stated on the product page, if it does not say pre order, then it is an in stock item.

In the product description it will usually say the time frame for the pre order, this can range from 2-4 weeks from the day you place your order, to the day you will receive it. You can email to check if the pre order will arrive in time for your desired date.

In stock items are for immediate dispatch. If you place an order for an in stock item and a pre order item, both items will be shipped together once the pre order arrives with us. However, if you would like the in stock item to be sent separately so that you have it sooner, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you for an additional shipping cost. 

Please note: If you wish to return your pre order item, this is for exchange or credit note only, we do not offer refunds on order than have been pre ordered.
