All of our orders are shipped via DPD across the UK & Worldwide. More information about the different services we offer can be found on our shipping page.

We hope you love your order, but just in case, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Please see our returns page for further information and terms and conditions.

Our shoulder straps are designed for light-to-medium use. Maximum recommended weight for the shoulder strap is 3kg, anything heavier should be held using the top handle. Excess weight can put a strain on the metal hardware, which is a decorative piece, the clasp is not made for very heavy loads. If you experience a fault with your strap within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
