Our shoulder straps are designed for light-to-medium use. Maximum recommended weight for the shoulder strap is 4kg, anything heavier should be held using the top handle. Excess weight can put a strain on the metal hardware, which is a decorative piece, the clasp is not made for very heavy loads. If you experience a fault with your strap within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
